Rules / Policy
Meals
Complimentary light breakfast at their discretion is offered, if the accommodation is reserved with a breakfast plan. All other meals, including full breakfast, lunch, or dinner might incur an additional cost, if offered. Meals and any additional payment should be directly paid at the property before checkout. Outside food allowed.
House Rules
- Should you notify us of your preference for a smoking room in advance, we will allocate one for you prior to your arrival.
- Smoking is permitted on terraces and outdoor areas. No pets allowed. Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
- Social distancing and wearing masks are mandated while inside the premises.
- Check-in may be denied if the guests found not following Covid-19 protocols.

Cancellation Policy
The guest can cancel free of charge until 08.00 pm the day before arrival. A 50% of the total reservation price will be charged if canceled after 08.05 pm the day before arrival.
Payment Policy
- Secure your accommodation with just a 20% deposit. Guarantee your arrival by paying an additional 30% the day before check-in. The remaining balance can be settled upon arrival during check-in.
- All major credit cards, debit cards, wallets, and UPI payments are accepted.
Child Policy
- Children up to 10yrs old stay for free in the existing bedding.
- Check in & Checkout Policy: 12:00 noon to 12:00 noon
Accommodation Policy
- A valid govt photo id is mandatory for all occupying guests, which has to be produced upon check-in.
- Any damage or breakage will be levied from the guests before checkout.
- Allowing Local Ids & Unmarried couples are totally at the discretion of the hotel management.
- Pan Card is not accepted as a valid photo id.

Pay 30% more on the previous day of the arrival to guarantee your arrival and the rest of the payment upon check-in at the hotel.
Please be cautious to pay only to “Partner Preferred Hotel’s bank account” or request for a QR code with the company name displayed i.e PPH Living Pvt Ltd or Partner Preferred Hotels. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union or Cash to any agents or agencies.
Guest email address, phone number, and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent immediately after a booking is completed.
